Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Caloocan City in the Philippines. Following his graduation, he gained experience teaching senior high and college students at AMA Computer College until 2020. During this time, he honed his skills in data analytics and problem-solving. With the onset of the pandemic, Josh made the decision to transition his career to become a Customer Service Representative at Sprint/T-mobile. He joined the agency with the aim of developing his expertise as a data technician, focusing on statistical analysis, data visualization, and database management. Through his years of experience in customer service, Josh aims to provide customers with a superior level of service, tailored to their needs and providing support when needed.
