When the River Fire burned everything down but our home, Bill and Tom of Avakian Insurance were there for us, holding Nationwide’s feet to the fire. Neil Freund, of Nationwide, was wonderful to work with and treated us very fairly. We were given plenty of time to compile an inventory list with photos of burned items and find suitable replacements. Our case was resolved within a year. No complaints.
